A 20 sq. ft. variance for a shed; code pernuts 120 sq. ft., applicant shows 140 sq. ft., Section <br />1135.02(d)(1). <br />Mr. Aspery stated that the applicant is requesting a variance to allow a 140 square foot shed in <br />the reax yard. Code allows for an accessory structure up to 120 square feet based on lot size, <br />requiring a variance of 20 square feet for the proposed shed. All rear lot line setback and height <br />requirements have been met as indicated in submitted plans. <br />Ms. Allen stated that she is currently renting a storage unit and would like to get a larger shed to <br />accommodate her stuff. There is not much extra space in the garage with two cars in it or in her <br />split-level home. Mr. Papotto clarified that the plans would need to comply with the nine foot <br />height. Mr. Allain believed the shed would fit in with the character of the neighborhood.
