Leah and Janelle stated that Bob Sammon offered
excellent feedback from the perspective of a seasoned open mic musician and that he should be
invited into to the planning process for the next event. Janelle stated that she thought the artwork
was great event component, but it needs be stored better next time. It was agreed by all that the
event could be held semi-annually at Springvale or could be held at the Gazebo in warmer
months. Sound
needs were discussed for this indoor event. Leah will ask Circle of Life to provide their own
wireless microphones for use in the Cabin. The PA system will function well for outdoor events,
but may not be well suited for the upcoming event.
