<br />and James will look into what movie is planned so the group can begin planning an activity <br />accordingly and clear it with the movie organizers. It was agreed by all that a kids craft table is <br />not the ideal activity and the Commission should seek to organize something more creative and <br />engaging. <br />Summer Music Event I Julv 28 <br />It was agreed by all that a music and food festival, event name to be determined, will be planned <br />for Saturday, July 28t' from 5:00-9:00pm in North Olmsted Park. James will re-confirm the date <br />with the Parks Commissioners to ensure no conflicts arise. Jackie and James will work on putting <br />together an event overview to nail down event components and logistics moving ahead. Leah <br />will coordinate food vendors and report back her progress in March. Laura will coordinate music <br />as the event format takes shape. Annie will research organizing a beer tent to potentially be <br />organized by the local VFW. Jackie confirmed that the Cabin will be booked for that day in the <br />event of rain. It was agreed that there can be no rain date for an event planned at this scale.
