If this <br />option is not feasible, Jenny suggested reaching out to either Sibling Revelry or Fatheads to <br />supply the beer. Jackie will look into the alcohol permitting process. James confirmed that Laura <br />will be releasing music applications in the next week. Compensation amounts will be established <br />and reported back at the May meeting. It was agreed by all that the setup will consist of a Main <br />Stage with enough local talent booked to fill the 5:00-9:00pm event time on both stages. In the <br />event of inclement weather, the Cabin could be used as the stage. In addition to inclusion on the <br />upcoming suminer events rack card, specialized promotions will be started in mid-May. James <br />and Lauren will work on this item. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Print Materials <br />James confirmed that he is working with Lauren to have the suminer rack cards done as soon as <br />possible.
