The site was also permitted a variance <br />for 7 ground signs in 2010, which were installed, and the applicant is now seeking to have a total <br />of 13 ground signs installed on the site. <br />Mr. Ptacek stated that the double drive-through would decrease traffic flow backing up to Lorain <br />Road.
