A 1 ft. 10 in. variance for height of a wall sign; unit permitted one wall sign 6 ft. 2 in. in
height, applicant shows proposed sign 8 ft. in height, Section 1163.28(c).
Mr. Aspery stated that the applicant is proposing to install an 8 foot by 8 foot, 64 square foot
wall sign on the existing Save-A-Lot unit at 23100 Lorain Rd. This property was previously
granted a variance in 2009 permitting the 6 foot 2 inch, 103 square foot sign that is currently
installed on the unit. Ms. Flanagan stated that the applicant has changed their logo and the total
square footage will decrease. Mr. Papotto did not think the additional height would make much
difference due to the lower nature of the building.
Mr.1Vlackey moved, seconded by Mr. Papotto, to approve the following variance for 18-
10980; Save-A-Lot; 23100 Lorain Road:
1.
