A 6 in. variance for sign setback from the a-ight-of-way; code requires ground signs to <br />be set back a minimum of 5 ft., applicant shows 4 fta 6 in., Section 1163.27(B). <br />Vaa-iance #9 approved 3-0. <br />COMMUNICATION <br />Rules & Relzulations Chanize <br />Ward III Councilman Paul Schumann proposed that a change be considered for the Board's <br />Rules and Regulations. Chapter 1145 Limited Industry-Industrial Park District changes are under <br />review by City Council and there have been concerns regarding the notification requirements. <br />The Planning and Design Commission will be considering a change to their Rules and <br />Regulations to address the concerns for all projects. Currently, only abutting properties of <br />proposed projects are notified for projects going before PDC and BZBA, but a rule change could <br />allow property owners on the other side of the utility easements be notified, as if an easement <br />was not there.
