Mr. Malone reviewed the proposed conditional use standards to be waived. In regards to the <br />second standard, he said the Root Road curb cut is an existing condition and the "no right turn" <br />sign would limit traffic onto Root Road. The third standard is also an existing condition. In <br />response to the fifth condition, Mr. Malone did not think queuing would apply to this project. <br />Ms. Nader suggested making queuing not allowed as a condition in the motion. <br />Mr. Malone moved, seconded by Ms. Nader, to approve the conditional use permit for 18- <br />12137; Ganley Westside Imports - Subaru; 25450 Lorain Road and to waive the second, <br />third and fifth standards because of the existing curb cuts, the non-arterial street will be <br />limited use and with the following conditions: <br />1. Queuing of vehicles will not be allowed. <br />2. Hours of operation shall be no greater than Monday through Saturday 7:30 a.m. to <br />7:00 p.m. <br />3. No right turn permitted onto Root Road. <br />4. Garage doors on all elevations shall be closed at all times except for ingress and egress. <br />Motion passed 6-0. <br />Ms. Nader moved, seconded by Mr. Rerko, to approve the development plan for 18-12137; <br />Ganley Westside Imports - Subaru; 25450 Lorain Road with the following conditions: <br />1. Garage doors shall be opaque and insulated with thermally insulated glass. <br />2. Garage door openings to be toothed in to match existing masonry. <br />3. Existing landscaping to remain shall be maintained. <br />4. Ms. Lieber said all resulting parcels will conform <br />to lot size and width requirements.
