<br />variance is granted: A 30 square foot variance for a wall sign larger than code allows, (code
<br />permits 36 sq ft. and applicant shows 66 sq ft.). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section
<br />(1163.24 (C)). T. Kelly seconded the motion, which was unanimously approved.
