W. Kremzar moved to grant Halleen Kia, of 27726 Lorain Road their request for <br />variance (1123.12) and that tlxe following,variance is granted as amended: <br />7. A 5.4 foot candle variance for illumination levels, (code permits 5.0, applicant shows <br />10.4). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1161.12 (c)). Variance is contingent <br />upon lot consolidation. T. Kelly seconded the motion. Roll call on the motion; T. Ke11y, <br />W. Kremzar and J. Maloney "yes" and M. Diver "no".
