W. Kremzar moved to grant Weber Automotive of 23779 Lorain Road their request for <br />variance (1123.12), which consists of a ground sign and that the following variance is <br />granted: <br />1. A 3 foot 6 inch variance for a ground sign too close to the right of way. (Code requires 5', <br />applicant show 11611). Which is in violation of 90-125, Section (1163.26 (B)). N. Sergi <br />seconded the motion, roll call on the motion; W. Kremzar, N. Sergi, T. Kelly and J. Maloney <br />"yes", and M. Diver "no". Variance Granted <br />2. Carnegie Manaitement & Develonment Corporation, Parcel E: <br />Proposal consists of development revisions. <br />The following variances are required: <br />1. A 6 foot variance for parking at west property line, (code requires 10', applicant shows 4'), <br />section (1141.06). <br />2. A variance for not having 2-12' x 50' loading spaces (code requires 2- 12' x 50', applicant <br />shows 1- 12' x 18'), section (1161.13 (d)). <br />3. A 62 foot variance for minimum distance of luminaire to residential, (code requires 115', <br />applicant shows 53'), section (1161.12 (C)). <br />4. A 1.12 fc variance for illumination level, (code permits 5.0 fc, applicant shows 6.12 fc), <br />section 1161.12 (c)). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 sections, (1141.06), (1161.13 (d)), and (1161.12 (C)). <br />Applicant withdrew variance requested. <br />3. Dominic Ruccella; PP# 234-23-010 and 234-23-013 Stearns Road (WRD 3): <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of lot split and consolidation. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />A 0.64 foot variance for a lot width, (code requires 70.00', applicant shows 69.36'). <br />Which is in violation of 90-125, Section (1135.05 (a) (1)). <br />Mr. Ruccella came forward to be sworn in and address his request. Mr. Ruccella indicated that <br />due to unforeseen circumstances he has had to sell the majority of his land. He would like to keep <br />the vacant parcel being separated to build his home on. The proposed lot is about 6 inches short <br />of the required width. Mrs. Sergi asked for clarification as to which lot was in question and <br />inquired if the current issue had anything to do with the last lot split which was granted a <br />variance. Mr. Ruccella reviewed that the lot was north of the previously split lots. Building <br />Commissioner Conway suggested that in the future, Commissioner's packets would contain <br />something to help ca11 out the parcel in question when there is no address assigned for the <br />property. It was also reviewed that the ma.jority of the lots in the neighborhood were of the same <br />width. <br />M. Diver moved to grant Dominic Ruccella of PP# 234-23-010 and 234-23-013 Stearns Road <br />their request for variance (1123.12), which consists of lot split and consolidation and that <br />the following variance is granted: <br />1. A 0.64 foot variance for a lot width, (code requires 70.00', app6cant shows 6936'). <br />Which is in violation of 90-125, Section (1135.05 (a) (1)). T. Kelly seconded the motion, <br />which was unanimously approved. Variance Granted <br />4. Andv's Auto Wash; 28800 Lorain Road; (WRD 1) <br />Request for variance (1123.12).
