Si,gns are now 9 foot laigh (50 sq ft.). " <br />Mr. Beeman with Wagner Sign Company and Mr. tlillani with Developers Diversified each <br />came forward to be sworn in and address the request. Mr. 1Vialoney stated that the board <br />appreciated the changes made and the fact that the applicants worked with the boazd to <br />decrease the number of variances required. Mr. Beeman indicated that they were able to <br />rework the signs so only one additional variance was needed. <br />W. The proposal consists of replacing existing fence. <br />The following variances are requested: <br />1. A 49 foot variance for a fence located within neighbors required setback on a comer lot, <br />(code requires 50', applicant 1'), section (1135.02 (F2)). <br />2of15
