<br />Mr. & Mrs. Dasgupta the owners, Ms. Elkhatib,lVls. Veith, and Ms. Veith's daughter abutting
<br />neighbors each came forward to be sworn in and address the request. Mr. Dasgupta indica.ted
<br />that he wanted to turn the existing deck into a three season room. Mps. Sergi asked why the
<br />enclosure was needed. Nir. Dasgupta indicated that he studies in the morning and needs proper
<br />lighting and by closing the deck in he could properly see and somewhat be protected from the
<br />weather. He may widen the rneasurement but it would be no longer than what the deck
<br />currently is now. Mr. O'Malley reviewed that the iot is existing as was with the first case. AIl
<br />neighbors present were concerned that a deck woutd be added to the back of the addition. Mr.
<br />Dasgupta stated that he would not be replacing the deck. Mr. Rymarczyk indicated fbat the
<br />architect would have to submit more detailed informnation when they come in to apply for the
<br />pernut.
