Note: Total lot signage will fall into compliance. Mr. Heitzman, with Checksmart came forward to be sworn in and address the request. Mr. Heitzman indicated that the sign as proposed is allowed under section (1163.24 (A & C) but not ailowed under total signage on a building. Mrs. Diver believed that the proposed signage was smaller than what was previously in place. Mr. Heitzman indicated that the logo increased the overall size of the sign. The lettering is the smallest made and still legible. Mr. Rymarczyk advised that most signs are can signs and asked if a can sign would be used. Mr. Heitzman suggested that the sign was designed to require the least amount of variances as possible and changed if necessary. W. Kremzar moved to grant Checksmart of 4579 Great Northern Blvd, their a-equest for variance (1123.12), which consists of a new sign and the following variance is granted: 1. A 107.6 square foot variance for total signage on a building, (code permits 326 sq ft, applicant shows 433.6 sq ft.). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1163.24 B). J. Maloney seconded the motion, which was unanimously approved. IV. COMMUNICATIONe Commissioner's need to address an e-mail from Mr. Farrell (C&C Realty Chevy) petitioning the Board of Zoning Appeals Board reconsider their variance requests of June 2, 2005. Note: the e-mail petitioning the board reconsider C& C Realty was addressed under case #4 abov?. J. Maloney moved to approve the June 2, 2005 Board of Zoning Appeals minutes as written excluding Cases (# 8) C& C Realty of 27932 Lorain Road and (#10) N.O. Town Center (Parcel E) 24642-25174 Brookpark Road until meeting next. W. Kremzar seconded the motion which was unanimously approved. V. ADJOURNMENT: With no further business pending Chairman J.
