M. Diver seconded the <br />motion which was unanimously approved. Variances Granted <br />10. Michael & Kathleen Barvincak; 23120 Mildred Ave: (WRD 2) <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Proposal consists of an addition to attached garage. <br />The following variances are requested: <br />1. A 4 foot variance for an addition too close to neighbors residence, (code requires 15', <br />applicant shows 11'), section (1135.07 A). <br />2. A 1 foot variance for required total side yard setback with attached garage, (code requires <br />15', applicant shows 14'), section (1135.07 A). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.07 A). <br />Mrs. Barvincak, the owner and Mr. Rini, the builder, each came forward to be sworn in and <br />address the request. Mr. Rini indicated that the owner would like to attach a one car garage to <br />the existing ranch home. The garage requested is the smallest one car garage made. Mrs. <br />Barvincak advised that they were afraid the cars being left out could be damaged or stolen. <br />Mr. Rymarczyk questioned why a 17 foot depth was chosen apposed to a 20 foot depth which <br />is required by code. Mr. Rini advised that they did not want to cause more variances and the <br />owners did not want the garage affixed to the kitchen wall. <br />J. Maloney moved to grant Michael & Kathleen Barvincak of 23120 Mildred Ave their <br />request for variance (1123.12), which consists of an addition to attached garage and that <br />the following variances are granted: <br />1. The proposal consists of replacing existing covered porch. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />1. A 6%2 foot variance for a residence too close to rear property line, (code requires 50', <br />applicant shows 43 %2 `). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.08 A). <br />Ms. Marcus, the owner and Mr. Wagner with Wagner Homes each came forward to be sworn <br />in ard address the request. Mr. Wagner advised that the existing 10' x 20' room was <br />dilapidating and the owner wished to replace it with a 10' x 20' porch enclosure with single <br />pained glass and would not have heating, air conditioning or any other utilities. <br />M.
