- 1, • e'1 <br />Mr. Rymarczyk wanted clarification on the turf and the name. Mr. Zergott said it is a hardier <br />grass. Code requires grass over 6" to be mowed. Mr. Lyden said they are trying to keep the <br />mounds, once established, and would not need mowing. There will be no irrigation. He said <br />fescue needs more care to keep it successful looking. Mr. Zergott asked the Board if they felt <br />any problems with crown vetch. Mr. Crook said crown vetch looks like a weedy looking ground <br />cover, and therefore, recommends grass. Mr. Zergott informed the applicant that they do not <br />need to return to this board. Mr. O'Malley indicated that the plans should be revised to <br />incorporate the things you indicated in terms of listing out the items to fulfill the request. <br />The applicant said he did not feel they would be able to have plans completed in time for <br />submission to the Planning Commission meeting. <br />Mr. Crook motioned to approve the Fairview Office Park with the following conditions: <br />1) Have approximately 40 total trees, mixture of 2" deciduous trees and 6' high <br />evergreens, a variety of sugar maples, oaks, flowering crabs, patmor ash and spruce, <br />decease resistant, mulch bed circle around each tree, 6" raised if combined and the <br />main field should be of athletic blend with fescue <br />Mr. Zergott seconded which was unanimously approved. <br />VI.
