- 1, • e'1
Mr. Rymarczyk wanted clarification on the turf and the name. Mr. Zergott said it is a hardier
grass. Code requires grass over 6" to be mowed. Mr. Lyden said they are trying to keep the
mounds, once established, and would not need mowing. There will be no irrigation. He said
fescue needs more care to keep it successful looking. Mr. O'Malley indicated that the plans should be revised to
incorporate the things you indicated in terms of listing out the items to fulfill the request.
The applicant said he did not feel they would be able to have plans completed in time for
submission to the Planning Commission meeting.
Mr. Crook motioned to approve the Fairview Office Park with the following conditions:
1) Have approximately 40 total trees, mixture of 2" deciduous trees and 6' high
evergreens, a variety of sugar maples, oaks, flowering crabs, patmor ash and spruce,
decease resistant, mulch bed circle around each tree, 6" raised if combined and the
main field should be of athletic blend with fescue
Mr. Zergott seconded which was unanimously approved.
VI. ADJOURNMENT:
With no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
PU ZO. Ado'
Brian
Lois McNabb, Secretary
6
