ROLL CALL: <br />Chairman Puzzitiello called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. <br />PRESENT: R. Puzzitiello, N. Althen, M. Conway, P. Engoglia, D. Sabo <br />ALSO PRESENT: Assistant Building Commissioner T. Rymarczyk, Planning Secretary L. <br />McNabb, Asst. Law Director B. O'Malley <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTIONS OF MINUTES <br />P. Engoglia moved to approve the minutes of May 19, 2004 as written. M. Conway <br />seconded the motion which was unanimously approved. <br />III. SIGNS <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS <br />Marissa Famiano, 191 Vista Circle, (WRD 4): <br />Code requires four inches as shown in figure 307.2. A 3.75 inch variance for a toilet that is <br />too close to vanity, code requires four inches, applicant shows 1/4", which is in violation of <br />building code section 405.3.1. The Board of Building Code appeals tabled this proposal on <br />May 19, 2005. The applicant was requested to have their contractor with them at the next <br />meeting. <br />P. Engoglia moved to approve the request for a variance, M. Conway seconded, which was <br />unanimously denied. <br />V. NEW BUSINESS <br />David Holv, 24764 Randall Drive, (WRD 4) <br />Proposal consists of erecting a fence along a property line where an existing post and rail <br />fence already exists. A variance is requested to erect a fence along side another fence. <br />Neighbor will not give permission to take down his existing fence. Note: Cannot erect a <br />fence along a property line where a fence already exists. This is in violation of section <br />1369.03, (3).
