Lord motioned to have the Landmarks Commission join the Olmsted Historical <br />Society as a4 oxganization in the 2006 calendar year. P. Barker seconded the motion <br />which was unanimously approved. <br />Mr. Barker reviewed the possible office changes that were being looked at by Council. Mr. <br />Schumann suggested the commission motion to request Old Town Hall be preserved for <br />community use. <br />J. Lang moved to have Landmark Commission go on record advising the Mayor, <br />Council and City Administrators that Landmarks still supparts the Long Range <br />Planning Committees assessment that Old Town Hall lbe restored for use by city <br />organizations and city groups as tbere are no other build'uags in tLe city suitable for <br />small group meetings at no costs. P. Schumann seconded the motion wluch was <br />unanimously approved. The clerk was advised to generate a memo and distribute it on <br />behalf of Landmarks Commission as listed in the motion. <br />VIII. ADJOURNMENT: <br />B. Davis moved to adjourn the mecting. T.
