<br />J. Ohio Association of Historical Societies & Museums Regional meetings 3-5-05 thru 4-30-05. <br />K. National Alliance of Preservation renewal notice for 2005. <br />L. Forum National Trust renewal notice for 2005 <br />Mr. Lang reviewed that the commission received membership renewals for the National Trust <br />for Historic Preservation in the amount of $115.00 and the National Alliance of Preservation in <br />the amount of $80.00. Both of the renewals are for a one year membership. <br />M. Davis moved to renew the National Trust for FIistorical Preservation for $115.00. P. <br />Barker seconded the motion, which was unanimously approved. <br />P. Barlcer moved to renew the National Alliance of Preservation for $80.00. M. Davis <br />seconded the motion which was unanimously approved. <br />P. Schumann moved to have Landmarks become a anember of the Olmsted Falls <br />Historical Society at the cost of $10.00. M. Davis seconded the motion which was <br />unanimously approved. <br />VI. COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />Mr. Barlcer submitted the budget breakout reports for the CLG application packet. Mr. Lang <br />thanked Mr. Barker for his work and efforts putting the documents together. <br />VII. OLD BUSINESS: <br />• Resumes: <br />Mr. Lang advised that some commissioners still needed to submit their resumes for the CLG <br />applications paclcet. He accepted two of the site students resumes. <br />• Availability of Site Students: <br />Mr. Schumann introduced Site Student Ashley' Barnett and indicated that the students were <br />currently working on setting up a photographic data base of Butternut Ridge Road and have <br />about 50 homes listed to date. The students have created a file for each home and the program <br />being using allows the students to place information into the photos directly. He would really <br />like to get the students working with Mrs. VanAuken unfortunately he does not know her and <br />aslced if another commissioner could be the contact. Mrs. Davis said she would work with the <br />students. Mr. Schumann said he would like an 8 mm movie of Mrs. VanAuken presenting her <br />presentation and to acquire the slides that are in her position so they can be put into the <br />computer as well. Mrs. Lord stated she would like to be a part of the slide restoration. <br />VIII. ADJOURNMENT: <br />B. Loa-d moved to adjoua-n. P.
