1'LANNING C'OMMISSION INDEX FOR 2005 MEETINGS <br />Shadow Wood (Bradley 12oad Cluster, 30898 Bradley Road: (WRD 3): <br />Proposal consists of the construction of a single family cluster home development. <br />Note: Architectural Review Board addressed this proposal on 7/21/04, 9/22/04 and 1/19/05. <br />Planning Commission tabled this proposal on 9/28/04, 12/14/04, and 1/25/05. Applicants <br />requested to be postponed on 10/12/04, 2/8/05, 2/22/05, 4/26/05, 5110105 and 6/14/05. <br />Dairy Queen Restaurant; 24579 Lorain Road: (WRD 4): <br />Proposal consists of exterior modifications to the existing building including landscaping. <br />Planning Commission tabled the proposal on 7/12/05 & 7/26/05. The ARB addressed the <br />proposal on 7/20/05. Board of Zoning Appeals addressed variances on 8104/05. <br />AUGUST 23, 2005 <br />The Planning Commission minutes from September 27, 2005 liave been submitted for <br />approval. <br />Emerald Village (Catholic Charities); 30344 Lorain Road: (WRD 3) <br />Proposal consists of construction of a Senior Housing development. The Architectural <br />Review Board addressed this proposal on September 21, 2005. <br />SEPTEMBER 13, 2005 <br />Set Master Plan Priorities for Planning Commission: <br />The Planning Commission minutes from August 9th, and 23`d, 2005, have been submitted <br />for approval. <br />Desiiin Guideline review: <br />C& C Realtv (Halleen Chevrolet); 27932 Lorain Road, (WRI) 1): <br />Proposal consists of demolishing current service garage for vehicle storage at Dewy and <br />Lorain as well as to the rear of the existing Chevy dealership. <br />Notes: 1). Planning Commission tabled the proposal on 5/24/05. 2). Proposal went before <br />the Board of Zoning Appeals on 6/2/05, 7/7/05 and on 8/4/05 applicants were denied a use <br />permit to park cars on residential land and their request to not irrigate either site. Due to <br />use permit being denied BZA threw out variance setback request for rear of Chevy <br />dealership. 3). Applicants withdrew their variance setback request for Dewey Road and <br />have chosen to move forward with plans as originally submitted. <br />Gaiab Corporation; 30692 Lorain Road Rear: (WRD 3) <br />Proposal consists of an application for a conditional use permit for auto repair <br />establishment in the rear building, section (1139.01(d)). <br />Saturn of North Olmsted; 27000 Lorain Road: (WRD 1) <br />Proposal consists of relocating an existing light pole. <br />Note: Variances are required. <br />Emerald Village (Catholic Charities); 30344 Lorain Road: (WRD 3) <br />Proposal consists of construction of a Senior Housing development. <br />11
