PLANNING COMNdISSlONpNDEX FOR 2005 MEETINGS <br />Current zoning for the remaining portion of the property is Limited Industry, Industrial <br />Park. There is currently a proposal before Planning Commission to rezone the Limited <br />Industry, Industrial Park portion to Single Family Cluster. Proposed Parcel A would then <br />be included in the Single Family Cluster zoning. The existing parcel conforms to the <br />area, frontage and depth requirements of the Zoning Code for Limited Industry, Industrial <br />Park. The proposed Parcels A and B will not conform to the frontage requirements of the <br />Zoning Code for Limited Industry, Industrial Park. The required width is 200 feet, and <br />the actual widths will be 105 feet and 144 feet. The proposed Parcel A will not conform <br />to the area requirements of the Zoning code for Limited Industry, Industrial Park. The <br />required area is one acre, and the actual area will be 0.447 acre. The proposed Parcel B <br />will conform to the area requirements of the Zoning Code for Limited Industry, Industrial <br />Park. Note: Applicant requested to be postponed on 4/26/05. <br />Lot Split and Consolidation Plat for 4062 - 4116 Columbia Road (Columbia Road <br />Bantist Church) (WRD 2) <br />The proposal is to split Permanent Parcel Number 231-34-002 (approximately.3.66 acres) <br />into two parcels. The split parcel fronting Columbia Road will be 0.8322 acre, and the <br />remainder parcel will be 2.8097 acres. The remainder parcel will be consolidated with <br />Permanent Parcel Number 231-34-003. The consolidated parcel will be 7.0209 acres. <br />The location is on the west side of Columbia Road and approximately 100 feet south of <br />Florence Avenue. Zoning is B, Residence, Single. The existing parcels conform to the <br />area, width and depth requirements of the Zoning Code. The proposed parcels will <br />conform to area, width and depth requirements of the Zoning Code. <br />Suburban Collision Center; 26618 Brookpark Road Ext. (WRD 1) <br />Proposal consists of an addition to existing building. Note: Variances are required. <br />Bentley-Coe I)ay Care; 24141 Lorain Road: (W1tD 4) <br />Proposal consists of additional safety measures for playground area. <br />Consolidation Plat for Halleen Kia (C&C Realtv), 27726 Lorain Road: (WRD 1) <br />The proposal is to consolidate Permanent Parcel Numbers 232-10-022 (approximately <br />0.0267 acre), 232-10-043 (approximately 0.2963 acre), 232-10-044 (approximately <br />0.5699 acre), 232-10-059 and 232-10-060 (approximately 0.2890 acre), 232-10-061 <br />(approximately 0.5377 acres), 232-10-062 (approximately 0.1966 acre) and 232-10-063 <br />(approximately 0.1736 acre) into one parcel. The consolidated parcel will be 91177.7 <br />square feet (2.0932 acres) including the right of way of Lorain and Porter Roads. The <br />location is on the northwest corner of Lorain and Porter Roads. Zoning is Retail <br />Business, General. <br />JULY 12, 2005 <br />The Planning Commission minutes from June 14, 2005, have been submitted for <br />approval. <br />Ordinance No. 2005-95 <br />An Ordinance amending various sections of chapter 1138 (Senior Residence District) of <br />the North Olmsted Zoning Code in order to clarify and update development regulations <br />for the Senior Residence District. <br />9
