ROLL CALL: ? <br />Cha.iiman R. Koeth called the meeting to order at 7:40 p.m. <br />PRESEIVT: Chairman R. Koeth; Board Members; W. Spalding, S. Hoff-Smith, M. Yager, <br />R. Bohlmann, and T. Hreha. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Assistant Law Director B. O'Malley, Planning Director K. Wenger, <br />Assistant Building Commissioner T. Rymazczyk and Clerk of Commissions D. Rote. <br />ABSENT: Commission member J. Lasko <br />REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF NIINUTES: <br />R. Koeth moved to approve the Planning Commission minutes of Apri17, 2005 as written. <br />S. Hoff-Smith seconded the motion, roll ca11 on motion; R. Koeth, T. Hreha, S. Hoff-Smith, <br />M. Yager "yes" and R. Bohlmann Abstained. Motion passed <br />Mr. Bohlmann requested the April 12, 2005 minutes reflect that he requested not suggested <br />the engineer address the state of the sidewalks along Dewey Road. Mr. Yager requested <br />the word discursion be changed to discretion within the KIA motion. <br />R. Koeth moved to approve the Planning Commission minutes dated April 12, 2005 as <br />corrected. R. Bohlmann seconded the motion, roll call on the motion; R. Koeth, T. Hxeha, <br />S. Hoff-Smith, R. Bohlmann "yes" M. Yager "abstained". Motion passed <br />III. COMMUNICATIONS: <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS: <br />• Shadow Wood Bradlev Road Cluster, 30898 Bradlev Road: (WRD 3): <br />Proposal consists of the construction of a single family cluster home development. Note: <br />Architectural Review Board addressed this proposal on 7/21/04, 9/22/04 and 1/19/05. <br />Planning Commission tabled this proposal on 9/28/04,10/12/04, 2/14/04, and 1/25/05: - <br />Mrs. Wenger reviewed that at a staff ineeting held earlier in the day it was brought to her <br />attention that Shadow Wood still had engineering issues which needed to be addressed. <br />Upon speaking with the applicant regarding the engineering issues pending the applicant <br />requested to be tabled. However, their request was after 12:00 (noon) therefore, it is at the <br />discretion of the Commission as to whether or not they wish to discuss the proposal in the <br />applicant's absence. Mr. O'Malley requested the record show that most of the delays were at the request of the <br />applicants themselves. The applicant's delays were basically due to their inability to <br />submit drawings which satisfy city codes and the review process which has been <br />established. <br />Chairman Koeth apologized to everyone present to address Shadow Wood proposal. He <br />voiced that he was as frustrated as the residents as it was not the first time the neiglabors <br />
