<br />J. Lasko moved to table the consideration of this proposed ordinance pending the <br />development of additional language based upon the comments submitted during the earlier <br />committee meeting or the additional thoughts of the other Commission members and the <br />Assistant Law Director. W. Spalding seconded the motion, which was unanimously <br />approved. <br />V. COMMUNICATIONS: <br />OPC 2005 State Planning Conference - Sentember 28 - 30, 2005 <br />Ms. Wenger invited the members to the 17th annual OPC Cleveland Planning and Zoning <br />Workshop to be held at the Cleveland Convention Center on September 28 - 30, 2005. She <br />asked that any members interested in attending submit their completed registration and money by <br />August 9th <br />Mr. Koeth advised members that when applicants are first presented to our Commission that <br />plans be more scrutinized and try to move them ori.to Architectural Review Board with more <br />detailed recommendations. Ms. Wenger agreed and said this allows for better guidance for the <br />applicant and ARB. Ms. Wenger informed the Committee that the Design Guidelines will show <br />a list of desired and preferred materials for architectural treatments to help with <br />recommendations to other Boards and Commissions. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />J. Lasko moved to excuse the absence of M. Yager. W. Spalding seconded the motion, which <br />was unanimously approveA.
