Applicants are to save as many trees that can be saved as stated in their plans <br />and approv.ed by the city forester. S. Hoff-Smith seconded the motion, roll call on the <br />motion; S. Hoff-Smith, M. Yager, W. Spalding, G. Conaway, J. Lasko and R. Koeth "yes" <br />and R. Bohlmann "no". Proposal Approved. <br />VI. NEW BUSINESS: <br />Lot Snlit and Consolidation Plat for 24136 - 24200 Mastick Road <br />The proposal is to split Permanent Parcel Number 237-19-023 and -034 (currently one parcel <br />approximately 1.40 acres). Two parcels will be created, and another portion of the lot will be <br />split off and consolidated with Permanent Parcel Numbers 237-19-022 and -038. The two <br />parcels created (B and C) will be 0.78 acre and 0.79 acre. The parcel split off (A) and <br />consolidated with the adjacent parcel will be 1.416 acres. The location is on the north side of <br />Mastick Road and approximately 1000 feet east of Columbia Road. Zoning is A, Residence, <br />Single. The existing Permanent Parcel Numbers 237-19-023 and -034 conform to the area, width <br />and depth requirements of the Zoning Code. The existing Permanent Parcel Numbers 237-19- <br />022 and -038 conform to the area and depth requirements of the Zoning Code but do not conform <br />to the width requirement of the Zoning Code. The required width is 80 feet and the existing <br />width is 62.22 feet. The proposed parcels B and C will conform to area, width and depth <br />requirements of the Zoning Code. The proposed Parcel A will still not conform to the width <br />requirements of the Zoning Code. The proposed width is 74.22 feet. <br />Mr. Koeth advised that as the commission had questions regarding the request and the applicant <br />was not present the issue would be tabled until the applicant is present. The commission is riot <br />comfortable allowing a lot-split which would require variances and want to discuss the issue with <br />the applicants. <br />R. Koeth moved to table the Lot Split and Consolidation Plat for 24136 - 24200 Mastick <br />Road. W. Spalding seconded the motion which was unanimously approved. <br />VII. COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />VIII. ADJOURNMENT: <br />R. Koeth moved to adjourn the meeting at 10:50 pm. S.
