Lasko moved to forward Emerald Village (Catholic Charities) of 30344 Lorain Road to <br />the Board of Zoning Appeals for consideration of the following variance: <br />A 14.2 foot variance be granted for side yard setback, code requires 53'. and applicant <br />shows 38.81. R. Bohlmann seconded the motion, which was unanimously approved. <br />J. Lasko moved to make the following recommendation to the Board of Zoning Appeals: <br />A 14.5 foot variance be granted for a building too close to right of way, code requires 75', <br />applicant shows 60.5' be granted. R. Koeth seconded the motion which was unanimously <br />approved. <br />J. Mrs. Hoff-Smith voiced that she was disappointed in the overall development <br />plan as she felt the proposed facility would be substandard for the North Olmsted community. <br />J. I,asko moved to table Emerald Village (Catholic Charities) of 30344 Lorain Road with <br />the following recommendations/understandings based upon documents received : <br />1. No variances be required or requested pertaining to site lighting for the project. <br />2. No variance is to be required for noise decibel readings at property lines. <br />3. Minimum square footage requirement for the assisted living units be no less than 350 <br />square feet. <br />4. The storm water management basin will meet any and all requirements of the city codes <br />and Ohio EPA requirements. <br />R. Koeth seconded the motion. Roll call : R. Koeth, J. Lasko, R.
