ROLL CAI,L: <br />Chairman Koeth called the meeting to order at 7:40 pm. <br />PRESENTe Chainnan R. Koeth, Commissioner's W. Spalding, S. Hoff-Smith, M: Yager, R. <br />Bohlmann, and G. Conaway. <br />ALSO FRESENT: Assistant Law Director B. O'Ma11ey, City Planner K. Wenger, Assistant <br />Engineer C. Becker, Assistant Building Commissioner T. Rymazczyk and Clerk of Commission <br />D. Rote. <br />ABSENT: Commissioner J. Lasko <br />III. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />R. Koeth moved to approve the Planning Commission minutes dated September 27, 2005 as <br />written. W. Spalding seconded the motion, roll ca11 on the motion; W. Spalding, S. Hoff-Smith, <br />M. Yager, R. Bohlmann, G. Conaway, "yes" and R. Koeth "abstained" Minutes Approved. <br />Planning Director Wenger introduced the Planning DepartmenY s SITES student Matt Murphy to <br />the Commissioners. Commissioners welcomed 1VIatt to their meeting. <br />Chairman Koeth advised that the order of the docket would be altered to address cases in the <br />following order; Botke Consolidation Plat, Corner Stone, Vienna Woods and then Red Lobster. <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS: <br />VI. NEW BUSINESS: <br />Kimberlv Botke; Consolidation Plat; 28550 Hollv Drive: (WRD 3) <br />The proposal is to consolidate Permanent Parcel Numbers 234-27-020 (approximately 0.26 acre) <br />and 234-27-004 (approximately 0.18 acre) into one pazcel. The consolidated parcel will be <br />19,118 squaze feet (0.439 acre). The location is on the north side of Holly Drive approxirnately <br />600 feet east of Cypress Drive. Zoning is B, Residence, Single. The consolidated lot will <br />conform to the frontage, depth and area requirements of the Zoning Code. Existing permanent <br />I'arcel Number 234-27-004 is landlocked. <br />R. Koeth moved to table Kimberly Botke's consolidation plat as the applicant was not present. <br />R. Bohlmann seconded the motion which was unanimously approved. <br />Ms. Wenger encouraged the commission to address the consolidation plat without the applicant <br />being present. She reported that the proposal involved the consolidation of two parcels along <br />Holly Drive which was under single ownership. One of the two parcels is landlocked to the rear <br />of the owners' front parcel. The consolidated parcel would conform to the lot size and depth <br />requirements of the Zoning Code for Single Family Residence B district. <br />R. Koeth moved to remove the consolidation plat from the table and reconsider the request. R. <br />Bohlma.nn seconded the motion, which was unanimously approved. <br />Mr. Koeth asked if there were any objections to the consolidation. Commissioners had no <br />objections to the request as the parcel was landlocked and owned by the applicant.
