Once it ready for review it will be submitted to the committee <br />for review. <br />Mr. O'Malley reminded the Commission that their recommendations for amendments were <br />not binding on Council. Ms. Wenger felt that the amendments were in good form and that <br />Council would be open to the changes. <br />J. Lasko moved to recommend Council adopt Ordinance No 2006-162, an ordinance <br />amending chapter 1118 of the Zoning Code in order to update and change the <br />procedure for granting and revoking conditional use permits as amended and modified <br />in relation to the addition of 1118.03(G)(9) and the deletion of 1118.04(B) thereby <br />making section 1118.04(C) the new 1118.04(B). M. Mahoney seconded the motion <br />which was unanimously approved. <br />Ms. Wenger advised the commission that their next packets would include the parking passes <br />required for those who will be attending the conference on October 27th. <br />Ms. Wenger reviewed that she has been working on the plans for the ADA improvements of <br />North Olmsted Park. On Monday, November 6, 2006 at 7:00 pm the Recreation Commission <br />will be holding a meeting which the plans will be reviewed. She is inviting members of the <br />CDBG committee and the Planning & Design Commission to attend the meeting. <br />M. Meredith moved to excuse the absences of inembers M. Yager and G. Malone. R. <br />Bohlmann seconded the motion, which was unanimously approved. <br />VII.
