<br />It was felt that conditional uses pertaining to motor vehicles needed to be more specific i.e. <br />vehicles would be confined indoors within enclosed building, fumes and noises were <br />addressed as well as visibility to make requirements very clear. Expiration period should be <br />for 1 year. Council is who grants conditional use permits so they should be given the right <br />and means to revoke a conditional permit. <br />Mr. O'Malley complemented Ms. Wenger in working with the committee in creating the <br />requested changes. He suggested that revocation would not be an easy matter to uphold and <br />there could be limits. Circumstances for revoking a conditional permit should be very clear. <br />He suggested possible word changes and additions which Ms. Wenger agreed with and <br />requested the ordinance be tabled so minor changes could be made and resubmitted for <br />review. <br />J. Lasko movecl to table Ordinance 2006-162 until meeting next when the ordinance is <br />updated. G. Malone seconded the motion which was unanimously approved. <br />J. Lasko moved to excuse the absence of inembers M. Yager and R. Bohlmann. M. <br />Meredith seeonded the motion which was unanimously approved. <br />VII.
