A variance for light trespassing, (code anows mone, appiicant shows .6 <br />fc), section (1161.12 (c)). However the applicant states lig6ts will not ezceeal code. R. <br />Bohlmann seconded the motion, roll call on the mohon; R. Bohlmann, G. Malone, M. <br />Mereditly M. Yager; yes amd J. Lasko: no. Motioa Carried <br />During roll call of the motion Mr. Lasko stated his no vote was due to his beiie€ that all lighting <br />proposals should adhere to city codes. <br />3. Lasko moved to approve Tacd Be1i of 24247 Lorain Road not having an unToad'mg space <br />based upon the use of the propeP[y as it currentIy is now and does not and wouid not be a <br />detriment to the property once redeveloped. Additional landscaping to screenfbuffer handicap parking. 2). Itepiace board on board <br />fence with vnnyl as agreed upon. 3). Applitants are to follow any/all landscaputg <br />recommendations made by Mr. Malone. 4).
