Chapter 9 - Focus Areas: Add the following recommendation to the Policies and Recommendations section for Focus Area A (West End): s Evaluate industrial zoning of small parcels on west end for continued viability. Chapter 90 - Implementation: Represent the focus area recommendations in the Implementation Matrix.
