<br />Mr. Weber the architect came forward to be sworn in and address the request. Mr. Weber reviewed
<br />the location of the new bank and that the two lots would be consolidated. The 6.8 foot candle
<br />variance is for the safety of vehicles using the ATM and night deposit box. The variance for leaving
<br />Iights on without reduciaig the wattage is also for the safety of clients using the night deposit box and
<br />AT1VI. The variance for two wa1l signs is due to the night deposit box sigra under the canopy. The 6
<br />inch variance for light base can be withdra.wn they wrill make sure 30 inch bases are used, so
<br />variance #7 is withdrawn. There will be futl cut off fixtures used and each Iight fixture will have
<br />house shields added to a11 rear light fixtures. The smali amount that wilI spill over wilI be onto a
<br />business lot which is not lit very well. Mr. Burke advrised that wMe revievving the Planning &
<br />Design Cpmmission minutes the commission was very admit about eliminating the need for light
<br />variances. He questioned if there was a way to decrease the amount af Iight under the canopy. Mr.
<br />iNeber reviewed Iighting laws which had not been adopted by Ohio but adopted in other states due to
