Sergi moved to grant Emerald Village of 30344 Lorain Road their request for variance (1123.12), and that <br />the following variance is granted: 1. A 14.2 foot variance for building side yard setback, (code reyuires 53', <br />applicant shows 38.8'). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1138.05). M. Diver seconded the <br />motion, which was unanimously approved. Variance Granted 1/12/06 <br />J. Burke moved to grant Emerald Village of 30344 Lorain Road their request for variance (1123.12), and that <br />the following variance is granted: 2. A 14.5 foot variance for a building front yard setback, (code requires 75', <br />applicant shows 60.5'). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1138.05). T. Kelly seconded the motion, <br />which was unanimously approved. Variance Granted 1/12/06 <br />J. Maloney moved to grant Emerald Village of 30344 Lorain Road their request for variance (1123.12), and <br />that the following variance is granted: 4. A 10 parking stall variance for number of car parking, (code requires <br />150, applicant show 140). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1138.06). M. Diver seconded the <br />motion which was unanimously approved. Variance Granted 1/12/06 <br />T. Kelly moved to grant Emerald Village of 30344 Lorain Road their request for variance (1123.12), and that <br />the following variance is granted: 3. A variance for 30 dwelling unit smaller than code permits, (code requires <br />400 sq ft, applicant shows (see note #1). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1138.07). J. Burke <br />seconded the motion, roll call on the motion; T. Kelly, N. Sergi, J. Burke, J. Maloney "yes" and M. Diver <br />"no". A 5 foot variance for a shed too close to <br />rear property line (code requires 10', applicant shows 5'). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section <br />(1135.02(d4)). J. Maloney seconded the motion, which was unanimously approved 1/12/06. <br />Jane Palumbo; 25684 Kennedv Ridge Road: (WRI) 4) <br />M. Diver moved to grant Jane Palumbo of 25684 Kennedy Ridge Road her request for variance (1123.12), <br />which consists of a new shed and that the following variances are granted as amended: <br />1. An 80 square foot variance for a shed larger than code permits, (code permits 200 sq ft, applicant shows <br />280 sq ft). <br />2. A 17 square foot variance for a shed larger than 2% of rear yard area, (code permits 253 sq ft, applicant <br />shows 280 sq ft). <br />The shed is to have downspouts installed as stated in Engineers letter. <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.02 (D1)).
