<br />J. Maloney moved to grant North Olmsted Laserwash of 25054 Lorain Road their request for variance
<br />(1123.12), and that the following variance is granted: 1. A 186.28 foot variance for property to close to an
<br />existing Church, (code requires 500 ft, applicant shows 313.72 ft). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125
<br />section (1139.04 (4) (j)). J. Burke seconded the motion, which was unanimously approved. Variance granted
