<br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 sections; (1163.27 (A)), (1163.27 (C)), (1163.24 (c)), (116333 (D)) and
<br />(116333 (G)). Temporary signs are to be removed by mid September. M. Diver seconded the motion,
<br />which was unanimously approved 6/29/06.
<br />PETCO (Water Tower Square); 27420 Lorain Road: (WRD # 1)
<br />J. Burke moved to grant PETCO of 27420 Lorain Road their request for variance (1123.12), which consists of
<br />a pet supply store and the following variance is granted as amended:
<br />1. A variance for pet supply store being located less than 700 feet from a dwelling, (code requires 700 ft,
<br />applicant shows less than 700). Petco is restricted from bordering or kenneling animals, having dog runs, any
<br />outdoor storage, selling or housing farm or other wild animals and the business is to be confined to the wholly
<br />enclosed building. Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1139.01 (B) (4G)). N. Sergi seconded the
<br />motion which was unanimously approved 6/29/06.

<br />in violation of 1135.06(a). T. Kelly seconded the motion, which was unanimously approved. Variance

<br />which is in violation of 1135.02(C)(2), with the amendment that the garage will be fire rated to meet city
