BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MOTION <br />2006 INDEX <br />B). A request for variance, which consists o£ 1. A 62 square foot variance for a detached garage larger than <br />code allows, (code permits 750 sq ft, applicant shows 812 sq ft), which is in violation of 1135.02(C)(1). T. <br />Kelly seconded the motion, which was unanimously denied. Variance Denied 6/29/06 <br />Nguven Huong; 4481 Ranchview Ave.: (WRD # 1) <br />J. Burke moved to grant Nguyen Huong of 4481 Ranchview Ave her request for a variance, which consists of: <br />1. A 4'/z foot variance for an accessory structure (deck) too close to side lot line, (code requires 5', applicant <br />show 6"), which is in violation of section 1135.02(d)(4). J. Maloney seconded the motion. Roll call: <br />Maloney, Burke, Diver, Kelly - yes; Sergi - no. Variance Granted 6/29/06. <br />Joe & Vickie Mate; 23281 Marion Rd: (WRD # 2) <br />J. Mahoney moved table Joe & Vickie Mate of 23281 Marion Road. J. Burke seconded the motion which was <br />unanimously approved. Sergi moved to grant Cuyahoga County Port Authority of 30344 Lorain Road their request as amended and <br />agreed upon: <br />1. A variance for displaying a temporary sign for 6 months longer than code allows, (code permits 30 days, <br />applicant shows 7 months), which is in violation of section 1163.33(g). M. Diver seconded the motion, <br />which was unanimously approved. Variance Granted 6/29/06 <br />SEPTEMBER 07, 2006 <br />Joe & Vickie Mate; 23281 Marion Rd: (WRD # 2) <br />J. Burke moved to grant Joseph Hogue of 24261 Palm Drive his request for variance (1123.12), which <br />consists of a shed and the following variances are granted: <br />1. A 64 square foot variance for a storage shed larger than code permits, (code permits 80 sq ft, applicant <br />shows 144 sq ft), section (1135.02 (D1)). <br />2. A 1 foot 6 inch variance for a storage shed higher than code permits, (code permits 8' applicant shows <br />9.6'), section (1135.02 (D3)). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section; (1135.02 (D 1)) and (1135.02 (D 3)). N. Sergi seconded the <br />motion, which was unanimously approved 9/7/06. <br />V6Villiam Guist; 3936 Dover Center Road: (WRI) # 1) <br />J. Burke moved to grant William Guist of 3936 Dover Center Road his request for variance (1123.12), which <br />consists of an existing shed and the following variances are granted: <br />1. A 60 square foot variance for a shed larger than code allows, (code permits 120 sq ft, applicant shows 180 <br />sq ft), section (1135.02 D1)). <br />2. A 5 inch variance for a shed higher than code allows, (code permits 9', applicant shows 9' S"), section <br />(1135.02 (D1)). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.02 (D1)). T.
