BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MOTION <br />2006 INI)EX <br />Allen Duff; 6197 Park Ridge Rcl: (WI2D # 3) <br />N. Sergi moved to grant Allen Duff of 6197 Park Ridge Road his request for variance (1123.12), which <br />consists of a new fence and the following variances are granted: <br />1. A 20 foot variance for a fence located in required sideyard setback on a corner lot, (code requires 25', <br />applicant show 5'), section (1135.02 (F2)). <br />2. An 18 inch variance for a fence taller than code allows in sideyard setback, code permits 30", applicant <br />shows 48"), section (1135.02 (F1)). <br />3. A variance for a fence less than 50% open in a side setback, code requires 50% open, applicant shows <br />solid), section (1135.02 (F 1)). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 sections (1135.02 (F 1)) and (1135.02 (F 2)). J. Burke seconded the <br />motion, roll call on the motion; J. Burke, N. Sergi, T. Kelly: yes and M. Diver no. Variances Granted 9/7/06. <br />Ganley VW; 25580 Lorain Road: (WRD # 1) <br />N. Sergi moved to send Ganley VW of 25580 Lorain Road to the Planning & Design Commission for their <br />review and comments. M. Diver seconded the motion, which was unanimously approved 9/7/06. <br />OCTOBER 05, 2006 <br />Tom & Bonnie Mavne; 6056 Paislev Drive: (WRD # 3) <br />M. Diver moved to grant Tom & Bonnie Mayne of 6056 Paisley Drive their reQuest for variance (1123.12), <br />which consists of a 3 season room and the following variance is granted: <br />1. A 12 foot rear yard variance for a residence to close to rear property line, (code requires 50', applicant <br />shows 38'). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section; (1135.08 (a)). T. Kelly seconded the motion <br />which was unanimously approved. Variance Granted 10/5/06 <br />Ed & Pat Morgan; 6072 Sandpiper Lane: (WRD # 4) <br />J. Burke moved to grant Ed & Pat Morgan of 6072 Sandpiper Lane their request for variance (1123.12), <br />which consists of a new patio room and that the following variance is granted: <br />1. A 10 foot variance for rear yard setback, (code requires 50', applicant shows 40'). Which is in violation of <br />Ord. 90-125 section; (1135.08 (a)). N. Sergi seconded the motion which was unanimously approved. <br />Variance Granted 10/5/06 <br />Douglas Thompson; 5479 Columbia Road: (WRD # 4) <br />N. Sergi moved to table Douglas Thompson of 5479 Columbia Road his request for variance (1123.12), <br />which consists of a new shed. M. Diver seconded the motion which was unanimously approved. Kelly moved to grant William Scherer of 3169 Clague Road his request for variance (1123.12), which <br />consists of a new garage and that the following variance is granted: <br />1. A 5 foot rear yard variance for a detached garage too close to rear property line, (code requires 10' <br />applicant shows 5'). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section; (1135.02(C 2)). M. Diver seconded the <br />motion, which was unanimously approved. Variance Granted 10/5/06 <br />Ganlev VW; 25580 Lorain Road: (WRD # 1) <br />J. Maloney moved to table Ganley VW of 25580 Lorain Road.
