Maloney moved to approve Levin Furniture of 23250 Lorain Road their request for variance (1123.12), <br />which consists of a new sign and the following variances are granted: <br />1. A 50.3 square foot variance total signage on a building, (see note # 1), (code permits 449 sq ft, applicant <br />shows 499.3 sq ft), section (1163.24 (B)). <br />2. A 67.3 square foot variance for total signage on a unit, (code permits 260 sq', applicant shows 327.3 sq'), <br />section (1163.24 (c)). <br />3. A variance for 1 additional wall sing on a unit, )code permits 1, applicant shows 2), section (1163.27 (a)). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 sections; (1163.24 (B)), (1163.24 (c)) and (1163.27 (a)). N. Sergi <br />seconded the motion, roll call on the motion; J. Maloney, M. Diver, T. Kelly, N. Seri: yes, and J. Burke no. <br />Variances Granted 11/2/06 <br />Third Federal; 26508 Lorain Road:(WRD # 1) <br />T. Kelly moved to approve Third Federal of 26508 Lorain Road their request for variance (1123.12), which <br />consists of a new sign and the following variances are granted as amended and agreed to: <br />1. A 208.5 square foot variance for total signage on a lot, (code permits 491.7 sq ft, applicant shows 700.15 <br />sq ft), section (1163.24 (a)). <br />2. A 213 square foot variance for total signage on a building, (code permits 285 sq ft, applicant show 498 sq <br />ft, section (1163.24 (b)). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 sections: (1163.24 (a)) and (1163.24 (b)). N. <br />Sergi seconded the motion, roll call on the motion J. Maloney, M. Diver, T. Kelly, N. Sergi: yes, and J. <br />Burke: no. Mrs. Diver advised that her vote was with reservations. Variances Granted 11/2/06 <br />DECEIVIBEIt 7, 2006 <br />Abedel & Muna Mustafa; 6167 Park Ridge Dr. (WRl) # 3) <br />N. Sergi moved to approve Abedel & Muna Mustafa of 6167 Park Ridge Dr. their request for variance <br />(1123.12), which consists of the addition of a family room, bedroom and porch and the following variance is <br />granted: A 12 foot variance for a residence too close to the rear property line, (code requires 50', applicant <br />shows 38.1'). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section; (1135.08 (a)). J. Burke seconded the motion, <br />which was unanimously denied. <br />J. Burke moved to adopt the board's findings pertaining to Abedel & Muna Mustafa of 6167 Park Ridge Dr. <br />request. M. Diver seconded the motion which was unanimously approved 11/2/06. <br />Dale & Pamela 1VIasola; 27649 Marquette Blvd: (WRD # 1) <br />J. Maloney moved to approve Dale & Pamela Masola of 27649 Marquette Blvd their request for variance <br />(1123.12), which consists of a new fence installed without a permit and the following variance is granted as <br />amended: <br />1. A 17 foot variance for a fence located in neighbors 50' setback on a corner lot, (code requires 50', <br />applicant shows 33'). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section; (1135.02 (fL)). M. Diver seconded the <br />motion, which was unanimously approved 11 /2/06. <br />Shailesh & Uma Shah; 23551 Westchester Dr. (WRD # 2) <br />M. Diver moved to approve Shailesh & Uma Shah of 23551 Westchester Dr. their request for variance <br />(1123.12), which consists of the addition of a family room and the following variance is granted: 1. A 6 foot <br />variance for a residence to close to the rear property line, (code requires 50', applicant shows 44'. Which is in <br />violation of Ord. 90-125 section; (1135.08). N.
