Sergi moved to grant Dale Schmidt of 31399 Industrial Parkway his request for variance (1123.12), which consists of a new wall sign and that the following variance is granted: 1. A variance for a second wall sign #note 1, (code permits 1, applicant shows 2). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1163.27 (A)). J. Maloney seconded the motion, roll call on the motion; J. Maloney moved to table the adoption of the forms and Rules of Procedures until meeting next. N. Sergi seconded the motion which was unanimously approved 2/2/06. Maloney motion to approve Carol Schemrick of 25015 Arlington Lane her request for variance (1123.12) which consists of a new shed and that the following variance is granted: 1. A 66 square foot variance for storage shed larger than code allows, (code permits 30 sq ft, applicant shows 96 sq ft. Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.02 (D 1)). M. Diver seconded the motion, roll call on the motion; J. Burke "abstain", J. Maloney "yes", M. Diver, N. Sergi and T. Kelly "no". Variance Denied 3/2/06 Court Furniture; 4698 Great Northern Blvd: (WRD #4) N. Sergi motion to approve Court Furniture of 4698 Great Northern Blvd their request for variance (1123.12), which consists of erecting a 40' x 75" tent for a temporary tent sale from 6/5/06 through 6/12/06 and 8/12/06 through 8/28/06 and that the following variance is granted as amended: 1. A variance for 20 car parking space reduction. Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1161.05 (w)). T. Kelly seconded the motion, which unanimously approved.
