Diver moved to grant John & Joan Reindle of 5014 West Park their request for variance (1123.12), which <br />consists of a new storage shed and that the following variance is granted: <br />1). A 48 square foot variance for an accessory storage building, larger than code allows, (code permits 120 sq <br />ft, applicant shows 168 sq ft). A 3%2 foot variance for a fence higher than code allows on a corner lot within neighbors 50' setback, (code <br />permits 30" applicant show 6'), section (1135.02 (171)). <br />2. A variance for a fence less than 50% open on a corner lot within neighbors 50' setback, (code requires 50% <br />open, applicant shows solid with lattice top), section (1135.02 (F1)). <br />3. A 49 foot variance for a fence higher than 30" and less than 50% open with a neighbors 50' setback,.(code <br />does not permit, applicant shows 49'), section (1135.02 (172)). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 sections <br />(1135.02 (F1)) and (1135.02 (F2)). T. Kelly seconded the motion which was unanimously denied. Burke moved to grant Dominic Pannitte of 24149 Carla Lane their request for variance (1123.12), which <br />consists of a 3 season room and that the following variance is granted: <br />1. A 9 foot variance for a residence to close to the rear property line, (code requires 50', applicant shows <br />41'), which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.08 (A)). J.
