Burke moved to grant Parikh & Meenal Padmesh of 4156 Lydgate Drive their request for variance <br />(1123.12), which consists of a shed and that the following variance is granted as amended and agreed upon: <br />1. A 5 foot variance for rear yard setback (storage shed too close to rear properly line), (code requires 10 ft, <br />applicant shows 5 ft). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.02 (D4)). T. Kelly seconded the <br />motion which was unanimously approved. Variance Granted 5/4/06 <br />Michael Abnev; 4665 Fiehartv Road: (WRD # 4) <br />J. Burke moved to grant James Bober of 23247 Sharon Drive his request for variance (1123.12), which <br />consists of a 3 season room and that the following variance is granted: <br />1. A 14 foot rear yard variance for a residence to close to the rear property line, (code requires 50 ft, applicant <br />shows 36 ft). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.08(A)). M. Diver seconded the motion, <br />which was unanimously approved. Variance Granted 5/4/06 <br />CarollVIahon; 24835 Tara Lvn I)rive: (WRD # 2) <br />J. Maloney moved to grant Carol Mahon of 24835 Tara Lyn Drive her request for variance (1123.12), which <br />consists of a 3 season room and that the following variance is granted as amended: 1. A 12-foot rear yard <br />variance for a residence to close to rear property line, (code requires 50', applicant shows 38'), the room is to <br />be 12' x 25' and will not include the lower circular deck section. Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section <br />(1135.08 (A)). J. Burke seconded the motion, which was unanimously approved 5/4/06 . <br />Prudence Paclcer; 27107 Bellevue Driae: (WRD #3) <br />J. Burke moved to have the Board of Zoning Appeals grant the applicant Ms. Packer the right to unilaterally <br />withdraw her application after presentation of evidence has been made. J. Maloney seconded the motion <br />which was unanimously denied. Request to withdraw Denied 5/4/06 <br />J. Burke moved to grant Prudence Packer of 27107 Bellevue Drive her request for variance (1123.12), which <br />consists of a new house and that the following variances are granted: <br />1. A 29 foot variance for rear yard setback, (code requires 50 ft, applicant shows 21 ft), section (1135.08 (A)). <br />2. A 25 foot variance for front yard setback, (code requires 50 ft, applicant shows 25 ft), section (1135.06 <br />(A))• <br />3. A 49 square foot variance for a minimum livable first floor area, (code requires 900 sq ft, applicant shows <br />851 sq ft), section (1135.03 (A)). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 sections (1135.08 (A)), (1135.06 (A)) and (1135.03 (A)).
