s, , ? 0 <br />Mr. Gonway asked if the architect addressed the windows in relationship with the property line. <br />Mr. Dumot advised that they would malce sure the architect works with the city. Mr. Conway <br />clarified that the issue was the number of openings in line with the property line he is not sure if <br />the openings exceed what is allowed therefore the architect needed to address the issue prior to <br />final approval. Mr. O'Malley advised the applicants that they needed to address issues brought <br />up and malce the recommended changes to the plans prior to returning to the commission and <br />submit new, accurate plans reflecting everything discussed. Mr. Bohlmann voiced his agreement <br />with expanding the landscape plan to enhance the open green space area along the northeast area. <br />Mrs. Meredith questioned the type of roofing materials to be used. Mr. Dumot advised that they <br />would.match existing materials. Mr. Rerko said that he liked the Grand Manor shingles shown <br />in tab.4,of the applicant's binder. Ms. Wenger advised the applicant that specific details on <br />constriietion materials, colors, etc. are required befare the Commission can approve the project. <br />Mrs. Ballard, an abutting resident, said that hotel patrons regularly use their back lawn as there is <br />no fence or clear boundary between the properties. Mr. Malone recommended the applicants <br />increase the height of the mound and install a fence. Mr. Bohlmann requested the applicants <br />provide'a broader site plan to show more of the surrounding properties. <br />Mr. Lasko moved, seconcled by Mrs. Meredith, to table Hampton Inn of 25105 Country <br />Club' Blvd to give the applicant time to incorporate the Commission's recommendations <br />and return with updated plans showing the Kennedy I2idge cul-de-sac, bike path and <br />highviway green space area, which was unanimously, approved 7-0. <br />CO1V][1V4UNICATIONS <br />Buildiri`g Department Report: July 2007 <br />,. <br />Ms. Wenger advised that the registrations for the Planning and Zoning workshop were <br />submitted.
