Rerko seconded the <br />motion. Roll call: M. Mahoney, G. Malone, J. Cotner, D. Rerko and M. Meredith - yes; J. <br />Lasko -no. Motion passed 5-1. <br />Mr: Rerko did not feel the use was any different from what it was in the past with the same <br />configuration. Mr. Mahoney agreed with Mr. Rerko and appreciated the applicant's honesty and <br />upfront manner in which it was presented. Mr. Lasko said he appreciated the applicant's candor <br />and would be willing to accept the outdoor seating temporarily blocking the landbanked parking <br />if tlie additional indoor seating was not increased. <br />J. Lasko moved to table Bruegger's Bagels of 27045 Lorain Road with the following <br />recommendations: 1. A landscape plan is to be submitted addressing all items Mr. Malone <br />requested. 2. Install a traffic signal loop detector at the northeast drive to activate the <br />signal at Whitethorn and Lorain. 3. The building and brick pavers are to be power <br />washed, the existing fencing and dumpster enclosure are to be repaired or replaced as <br />needed. 4. The front wall sign mounting details are to be submitted for review. 5. The <br />split rail fence along the west property line is to be continuous no walking breaks are to <br />remain. G. Malone seconded the motion which was unanimously approved. <br />VI. COlVIMUNICATIONS: <br />1VIs. Wenger reported that the City has been successful in obtaining a NOACA grant through the <br />Transportation for Livable Communities Initiative, which will be $70,000 toward a planning <br />stiidy for the Great Northern Multi Modal Transportation Plan. <br />Mr., Lasko announced the Recreation Master Plan was adopted Monday, July 23, 2007 by the <br />Recreation Commission. <br />J:"Lasko moved to excuse the absence of R. Bohlmann. M. Mahoney seconded the motion which <br />was unanimously approved. <br />VII.
