Lasko moved to approve the proposal for Walters Advanced Dentistry of 4780 Clague Rd <br />which consists of demolishing the existing home and constructing a new dental ofrice, subject <br />to the Board of Zoning Appeals granting variances with the following conditions: <br />1. A lot consolidation plat is submitted and approved. <br />2. The driveway easement agreement from Wellington Place is submitted to the Law <br />Department for their review and approval. <br />3. The applicant moves the handicap parking space west at least 6 feet and includes an <br />additional6 feet landscape buffer. <br />4. The applicant submits the parking count documentation which was discussed. <br />4. The 18 inch tree in the northeast corner is to be pruned not removed. The existing 26 inch <br />red oak tree northeast of the pond will also be pruned and remain. All ash trees outside the <br />proposed parkang lot area are to be removed and replaced one to one with Red Maple, Oaks, <br />or Callery Pears and planted at a minimum 2%Z inch caliper. R.
