Ms. Wenger replied that it <br />had more to do with additions to existing developments than new developments. <br />Mr.. O'Malley said that revising and updating zoning regulations was part of bringing more <br />planning back to the Plaruiing Commission rather than strictly development review. Mr. <br />O'Malley questioned whether the district allowed for incorporating design review. Ms. <br />Wenger responded it was part of the development regulations in 1136.04B. <br />Mr. O'Malley is suggesting evaluating both phasing and amendments to approved plans, as <br />in the existing district language. This would be reviewed and returned to the Commission at <br />the next meeting. <br />Mr. Lasko moved to table the Ordinance until February 13th, 2007, seconded by Mr. <br />Bohlmann, which was unanimously approved. <br />• Elect Landmarks Commission representative for 2007 <br />Mr. Lasko volunteered to continue as the Landmarks representative, seconded by Mr. <br />Cotner, which was unanimously approved. <br />• Committee assignments for 2007 <br />Special Projects: Mr. Malone, Mr. Rerko, Ms. Meredith <br />Zoning: Ms. Meredith, Mr. Mahoney, Mr. Bohlmann <br />Education: The Commission opted to discontinue the Education Committee. <br />Mr. Lasko moved to accept Committee assignments, seconded by Mr. Malone, which <br />was unanimously approved. <br />VII. ADJOURNMENT <br />Mr. Lasko moved to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Bohlmann, which was unanimously <br />annroved 9:30 um.
