suggested and it was agreed that some of the banner locations be changed; it is hoped they can be <br />mounted at intersections on the traffic signal poles. <br />Ms. Curry would like to schedule an event in February for Black History month. The Library <br />has arranged a visit from an Underground Railroad Museum representative. Ms. Curry <br />suggested a video on black history be run on a continual basis at the Library throughout that <br />month. A historian and Dale Thomas of the Olmsted Historical Society and Landmarks <br />Commission will be contacted for additional ideas. <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Dover Plavers Update <br />The next play is scheduled for March 2009 and is a combination of three Sherlock Holmes <br />stories. The second show has not been chosen. The third show will be a play that Ms. <br />Martindale wrote called Artful Murder. <br />Christmas Festival at Old Town Hall December 29th and 30rn <br />Ms. Martindale indicated that all plans including the music, the puppet show and refreshments <br />have been arranged. The event begins at 7:00 p.m. both evenings.
