It is hoped the <br />application can be submitted by the end of the year. <br />Peake Marker <br />Mr. Thomas said the delivery of the Peake marker is expected in late July, eaxlier than expected. <br />Planning should begin soon for the installation in August. <br />Stearns Marker <br />Mr. Schumann said he received an email from Planning Director Wenger concerning the Stearns <br />Marker. Ms. Wenger and Service Director Limpert took a look at the property. They noticed a <br />tree in the area of the proposed marker location and requested he take a loolc, which he has not <br />yet had time to do. On the north side of the sidewalk there are three or four trees in a row that <br />are not shown on the plans. If it appears the installation of the marker could damage a tree the <br />location may need to be changed. Mr. Schumann will discuss the placement with Ms. Wenger. <br />Biddulph House, Butternut Ridge Iaoad <br />Mr. Thomas asked about the disrepair of the old Biddulph house on Butternut Ridge Road. Mr. <br />Schumann said the owner has been given notice of violation. The home may deteriorate beyond <br />the ability to repair and require demolishing. The owners live out of town. Ms. Davis talked to <br />an owner or an owner's father, who said they planned on painting the house, but it also needs a <br />new roof. There was also a rumor of an individual looking to purchase and refurbish the home <br />but the price was too high. <br />ADJOU12NMENT <br />1VIr. Schock moved, seconded lby 1VIr.
