Heavy buffering raises safety issues for the police <br />officers visibility. There should be no spealcers outside as noise is already an issue. The Dantios <br />said noise levels are quite high and the police are not helpful. In general she is against the <br />request to have an outdoor patio. Mr. Dawes said he is adamant about lceeping the back door <br />closed to minimize the noise and would not have speakers outside.
