Whitehead 29690 Lorain Road- Cleveland Metroparks has reviewed the Harper Engineering, <br />Vice President Inc. site plan dated February 18, 2008 provided by Donna Rote, Clerk of <br /> Comtnissions and received today, February 27th <br />Executive Director- <br />Secretary <br />The City's Plamung and Zoning Code, states that the City desiYes to regulate <br />Vem J. Hartenburg Wireless Telecommunication Facilities to protect residential pYOpetties, parks, <br /> <br />? and open spaces from the adverse effects of towers and related facilities. The <br />regulations require towers to be located a inuiunum distance of three hundred <br />Strengthening Human (300) feet from the property line of all residentially zoned properties. The <br />& Natural <br />Reaurea <br />proposed tower location is surrounded by Cleveland Metroparks property, <br /> which is residentially zoned, with distances from Cleveland Metroparks <br /> boundary To the toweY, ranging from 31 feet to 155 feet, considerably less than <br />? ciry regulations. <br /> <br /> Considering the potenrial impact on Bradley Woods Reservation, Cleveland <br /> MetropaYks cannot support a toweY in such close proxiinity to the park without <br />THREE TIME WINNER additional information including an evaluation of alternative sites as well as time <br /> to evaluate the full impact on the park.
