Cleveland Restoration Societv Annual Awards <br />Mr. Schock attended the recent Cleveland Restoration Society Annual Awards Ceremony where <br />the Lakewood Historical Society won an award for an updated ordinance on demolition. The <br />Coinmission members agreed to obtain a copy of the ordinance for review. Ms. Granfors will <br />make the request. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />Westlife Newspapep Article, May 6 <br />Mr. Schumann shared an article written by Jeff Gallatin and published in the Westlife concerning <br />the Northern Ohio Music Festival scheduled for July 26 at Frostville Museum. His daughter <br />Chelsea, a member of the Arts Enterprise non-profit group, was instrumental in planning the <br />event. Mr. Schumann was quoted in the article. An updated Frostville Museum schedule was <br />distributed. <br />Ohio Historical Society survey <br />Mr. Schumann will complete and submit the survey, as requested by the Ohio Historical Society. <br />Cleveland Restoration Society membership <br />The Landmarks Commission members would like to renew the Cleveland Restoration Society <br />membership. The fee is $75.00. If funding is not possible through the City, Mr. Schumann will <br />request the Olmsted Historical Society Board members consider purchasing a membership that <br />would include the North Olmsted Landmarks Commission. <br />ADJOiJ12NMENT <br />Mr. Dubowski moved, seconded by Mr. Orlowski, to adjourn the meeting at 7:26 p.m., which <br />was unanimously apprcZVed. <br />Chair r'fr/icliaA.
