Part III. Implementation and Next Steps 3.01 Prioritization of proposed improvements A strong implemenration strategy is the key to any successfW planning effort. The Ciry administration, the Planning and Design Commission, and City CouncIl will bc primarily responsible for carrying out this plan's vision. Many of the recommendarions will require capital impmvements or furthor study. In addidon to the Ciry, a numbcr of otha govemmcnt agencies and the private scctor will play a role ia implementadon, so it is unperadvc that all parties work together to ensure that the plan is implementcd consistendy.
